CAO Pilon
It's strange to be living in a time when CAO, creator of the new Pilon cigar, is considered an old-school establishment brand. Fortunately they are not stuck with the name of some company that first existed a century ago and has long since lost its mojo, because the company founded by Cano A Ozgener is still going strong and innovating in a business where tradition is usually the most powerful motivator. To encompass both desires, the Pilon is both named after and utilizes an old and nearly forgotten method for slowly fermenting tobacco in small batches which mellows the robust Nicaraguan filler and binder just enough to compliment the spicy Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.
