Romeo y Julieta Reserve Toro Cigars
The Romeo y Julieta Reserve Toro marks a bold, sophisticated evolution for a brand historically celebrated for mild Dominican classics. Stepping away from light profile expectations, this blend, that has been ranked 90 by Cigar Aficionado, delivers a rich, robust smoke crafted specifically for enthusiasts who demand deeper intensity. Handcrafted at the La Flor de Copán factory in Honduras, this impressive 6" x 56 Toro vitola uses a generous ring gauge to encourage maximum airflow, ensuring a cool draw and heavy smoke volume.
The construction centers on a powerful core of aged Nicaraguan and Honduran long-fillers bound in a Nicaraguan binder. Wrapping the blend is a dark, oily Nicaraguan Habano wrapper that adds significant richness to every puff. The palate opens with an inviting syrupy sweetness balanced by prominent notes of earth, leather, and wood, followed by a sharp peppery spice on the retrohale. Combining classic brand construction with full-bodied strength, the Romeo y Julieta Reserve Toro stands ready to hold its own against the most full-flavored options in your humidor.
