Romeo Y Julieta Aniversario Churchill Pack of 5 Cigars

Romeo Y Julieta Aniversario Churchill Pack of 5 Cigars

Romeo y Julieta, founded in 1875 in Cuba, is one of the cigar world’s most revered names. The Dominican-made version by Altadis has long been a best-seller, and in 2005, the Aniversario was released to celebrate 130 years of the iconic brand. The 7" x 54 Churchill is the boldest release yet, featuring a tri-country blend of Nicaraguan, Dominican, and Peruvian filler tobaccos, paired with a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and a medium-brown Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. Its medium-to-full-bodied strength delivers a level of richness unexpected from a traditional Romeo y Julieta.

The Romeo y Julieta Aniversario has earned widespread acclaim, receiving multiple 90+ ratings from Cigar Aficionado, including a high score of 92 and ranking #19 on their Top 25 Cigars of 2007. The signature red band is replaced with a black Aniversario band, signaling a stronger, more complex smoke. From the very first light, spice, earthy notes, and subtle sweetness emerge, building and evolving with every puff. The cigar maintains excellent construction, a smooth draw, and a consistent burn throughout, keeping the flavor profile bold and dynamic from start to finish.

For smokers who may have considered Romeo y Julieta too mild, the Aniversario Churchill is a game-changer—full-bodied, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Pair it with robust wines, bold spirits, or dark coffee to match its intensity. Those seeking a lighter, classic Romeo experience can enjoy the Reserva Real line, but the Aniversario is built for those craving strength and sophistication in every puff.
