Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Sun Grown Super Toro Cigars
Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Sun Grown Super Toro cigars were created to mark a decade of excellence for the Perdomo Reserve line, which first hit the scene in 2004 with its original Connecticut-wrapped version. Over the years, the series has expanded into a wide range of sizes and blends, and this special edition Sun Grown variation stands out as a tribute to that legacy. It features a six-year-aged Cuban-seed sun grown wrapper that undergoes a final 10-month aging in bourbon barrels. Paired with carefully selected Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos—grown on Perdomo’s own estates in Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa—this cigar is a bold celebration of Nicaraguan craftsmanship.
Each Super Toro is box-pressed and dressed in the brand’s classic red, gold, and black band with a “10th Anniversary” insignia. True to Perdomo’s reputation, the construction is top-tier, delivering a clean, even burn and smooth draw. At first light, the cigar greets you with a kick of spice and pepper, which gradually settles into a rich core of oak and earthy tobacco. Along the way, notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and subtle sweetness from the bourbon barrel aging begin to emerge. Balanced with just the right touch of honey and cinnamon, this medium-to-full-bodied cigar is a flavorful, aromatic experience. At 6” x 60, the Super Toro size offers a long, satisfying smoke ideal for relaxed, unrushed moments.
A perfect pick for seasoned cigar enthusiasts, this blend offers depth and complexity best appreciated by experienced palates. Pair it with a glass of bourbon, cognac, or aged scotch, and you’ll have the ideal setup for savoring every nuance. Whether you're marking a milestone or simply indulging in a well-earned break, the Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Sun Grown Super Toro delivers a memorable experience from start to finish.
