Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Sun Grown Epicure Cigars
To honor a decade of excellence in cigar craftsmanship, Nick Perdomo unveiled the Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Sun Grown Epicure. First launched in 2004 with a Connecticut wrapper, the Reserve line has evolved over the years into a diverse and celebrated collection. For this special anniversary blend, Perdomo turned to a six-year-aged Cuban-seed sun grown wrapper and combined it with Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos from the company’s own farms in Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa. Before rolling, the wrapper is given an extra layer of richness by aging for ten additional months in bourbon barrels.
Visually, the cigar is striking—dressed in Perdomo’s signature red, black, and gold band, now adorned with a 10th Anniversary marking. The Epicure vitola, a 6" x 54 toro, is box pressed and flawlessly constructed. Once lit, it delivers a generous draw and thick plumes of creamy smoke. The experience begins with a spicy burst of pepper, gradually revealing earthy notes, oak, and roasted coffee. Layers of dark chocolate follow, along with a smooth sweetness on the finish that brings out touches of cinnamon and honey. Medium to full in body, the cigar is flavorful without being overwhelming, making it an easy favorite for those who crave depth and balance.
This cigar is a perfect match for seasoned enthusiasts who appreciate a well-aged Nicaraguan blend and a refined presentation. It pairs effortlessly with a bold bourbon, aged scotch, or velvety cognac. Whether you’re marking a personal milestone or just kicking back with a premium smoke, the Perdomo Reserve 10th Anniversary Sun Grown Epicure delivers a richly satisfying experience worth savoring.
