Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro Gordito Cigars
The Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro Gordito was destined for greatness from the very beginning. As part of Perdomo’s most beloved Lot 23 series, this cigar showcases the brand’s dedication to quality, consistency, and value. Every Lot 23 Maduro is crafted from tobaccos grown on a single, specially designated field on the Perdomo family’s Nicaraguan farms, cultivated exclusively for this line. Handcrafted at Tabacalera Perdomo, each cigar features aged Cuban-seed Nicaraguan filler and binder tobaccos wrapped in a 5-year-aged, higher-priming Cuban-seed Nicaraguan Maduro wrapper. The result is a rich, full-flavored smoke with remarkable depth and balance — one that has earned global acclaim among Maduro enthusiasts.
Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro was named Best Value Brand of Nicaragua by Cigar Journal in 2012, solidifying its place as one of the most trusted premium cigars on the market.
The presentation is as impressive as the smoke itself. Updated packaging features bold blue and brown Maduro bands, and the cigars come elegantly packed in cedar chests that highlight Perdomo’s attention to detail. The dark, oily wrapper glistens with natural oils and a toothy texture, rolled to perfection. Upon lighting, the cigar greets you with a bold Nicaraguan pepper and spice kick, gradually transitioning into luscious notes of mocha, dark chocolate, and nutmeg, finishing with a smooth, sweet aftertaste.
Medium-to-full-bodied and beautifully complex, the 4 ½” x 60 Gordito size offers about an hour of pure Nicaraguan enjoyment. It’s ideal for smokers who appreciate dense flavor in a compact format.
While approachable for newer cigar lovers, the Lot 23 Maduro Gordito truly shines for those who crave a richer, more intricate profile. It pairs wonderfully with espresso, dark roast coffee, or a robust craft beer. Comparable to Oliva Serie G Maduro and Padron Maduro, this cigar exemplifies Nick Perdomo’s commitment to excellence — producing world-class cigars that deliver premium flavor without the premium price.
