The medium-bodied 1990 is shrouded in a dark'n'oily Honduran Broadleaf, while the mild-bodied 1999 is graced with a flawless, aged Connecticut wrapper.

5 x Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 Toro (6 1/2" x 50, ●●●○○ Medium). Made in Honduras, Vintage 1990 is blended with Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers, a spicy Nicaraguan binder, and a dark, oily Honduran Broadleaf wrapper. Firmly constructed, nearly seamless on the roll. A smooth draw produces silky gray smoke, delighting the palate with a rich, earthy flavor profile. Definitive notes of cocoa and black pepper are boldly stated, along with plenty of raw tobacco and a subtle grassy undertone. A bold, mocha finish ties the whole package together, making it easy to see how this cigar has become such a huge success over the years. Medium-full-bodied, Vintage 1990 was clearly a masterpiece from its conception.
5 x Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Toro (6 1/2" x 52, ●○○○○ Mild). This Honduran masterpiece consists of a heavily aged blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers and a Nicaraguan binder. The finishing touch is a gorgeous golden-brown Connecticut wrapper that is nearly flawless in appearance. Billowing clouds of silky white smoke bring in a creamy medley of cedar and tobacco flavors. The body is mild to medium, and there is absolutely no trace of harshness whatsoever. Velvety smooth, the finish is clean and sweet, making this delectable treat desirable to just about any palate.
