La Perla Habana Morado Belicoso Cigars
The La Perla Habana Morado Belicoso cigar boasts of multiple 90-93 ratings and having earned it's way onto Cigar Aficionado’s Top 25 List in 2008, this is a stick that you'd be a fool to miss. With a double band and cedar protective sleeve, this 6 1/4" x 52 cigar presents as a much more expensive cigar than it actually is. But let's not think that cheap can't also mean good.
The La Perla Habana Morado features a toothy African Cameroon wrapper and Nicaraguan Habano binder with a blend of Nicaraguan long leaf filler. Rolled in Esteli, highlighting creamy chocolate, toasted nuts, cedar, and coffee flavors with hints of dried fruit this is one flavorful cigar.
Some have noted that they've experienced slight burn and draw issues while others have indicated a perfect burn and draw. To help prevent burn and draw issues, remove these sticks from their cellophane and give them some extra time to age in your humidor. The torpedo definitely benefits from the extra aging and a slightly bigger cut than usual. The robusto seems to have the fewest issues, especially when using a guillotine cut.
At our prices these highly rated sticks are a STEAL!!!
