La Boheme Pittore is a 5 1/8" x 52 cigar which was rated the #12 cigar of 2015 by Cigar Aficionado magazine. La Boheme is made from the same masterminds of the well regarded Aging Room cigars, Boutique Blends. Formally Oliveros Cigars, Boutique Blends is headed by Rafael Nodal. Three things Nodal loves are music, cigars, and Cuban culture. It was only natural for him to combine all three things into one great product. Named after the famous Puccini opera, the band of this cigar harkens back to old school cuban stylings.
Comprised of Dominican filler and binder tobacco and a mocha brown Ecuadorian Habano wrapper leaf, La Boheme is a medium bodied cigar. Starting with only the slightest bit of red pepper, La Boheme has a layered smoking experience of earth and a natural sweetness. Towards the back half there is a noticeable taste of citrus that comes on top of all the other flavors to make this stogie incredibly complex.
