The blend is a simple and straightforward recipe of Nicaraguan filler and binder tobacco beneath a golden Connecticut wrapper grown in Ecuador. This seems like a recipe we have seen in so many cigars throughout the years, yet in the case of La Aroma de Cuba Connecticut, something just seems to be so much better. This seems to be a popular opinion, as soon after this blend was released, it promptly earned a series of 90+ ratings in Cigar Aficionado, the best being a rock-solid 92.
