Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Petit Robusto Cigars
The Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Petit Robusto may be small in size at 4 ½” x 50, but it delivers a smoking experience as bold and refined as its larger counterparts. Draped in a dark, oily Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, this cigar is paired with a Nicaraguan binder and select fillers grown on the Oliva and Pepin farms in Nicaragua. Expertly constructed, it burns evenly from start to finish, producing thick, creamy plumes of aromatic smoke.
Though it was the first release to bear his name, Jaime Garcia was no stranger to blending excellence. Before creating the Reserva Especial line, he crafted the original My Father cigar, a tribute to his father, legendary master blender José “Pepin” Garcia. When it debuted in 2010, the petit robusto quickly earned acclaim as one of the best new cigars of the year—and it continues to shine among enthusiasts who appreciate big flavor in a shorter format.
Unlike many spice-driven blends from the Garcia family, the Reserva Especial Petit Robusto takes a more balanced approach. Rich notes of mocha, chocolate, roasted nuts, and cinnamon mingle with a gentle touch of spice, creating a complex yet approachable profile. Bold, flavorful, and satisfying to the last draw, this cigar proves that great things truly do come in small packages.
