We highly recommend that you order as early as possible due to foreseen holiday delays.


USPS and UPS are currently experiencing transit delays as a result of the sheer volume of packages in transit due to the holiday season and the continuing repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic.


We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by Christmas or by the "Estimated Delivery Date" shown throughout the purchasing process. Shipping costs refunds will not be issued for delays in transit situations. 


We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction starting from the checkout process till delivery. However, there are areas that are out of our control, especially once our products leave the warehouse facility.     


With that in mind, due to extended transit times, orders will not be considered "lost" until 2 weeks from shipment with no recent tracking updates. Should this occur, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement package or a refund. 


Lastly, you may notice missed or delayed tracking scans on the tracking information as our shipping partners hurriedly work to process these packages.

The default shipping method used for Free Shipping is at our discretion. The carrier used is either USPS or UPS Ground, depending on the weight and contents of the package. 

If you have a preferred shipping method, we highly recommend that you select it during the checkout process.


Important Note about UPS:


UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee, which means that delays are possible with all methods of shipping using this carrier. To reiterate, this includes UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, & UPS 3 Day Select.  


Transit time details are available by entering a future shipping date, origin Zip/Postal code, and destination Zip/Postal code at Our Zip Code is 34997 in case you'd like to check to see if your area will be affected by this additional time in transit.



Important Note about USPS:


Due to the highly publicized recent changes regarding USPS operations, we do not anticipate USPS meeting their standard delivery window of 2-5 days (depending on the USPS mail service).


Secondly, we also suggest if you encounter a situation with USPS that you contact your local post office first and not the 1-800 number.

Attention International Customers:


- We recommend that you choose a Priority Mail International and Express Mail International mailing method.

- First-Class International Mail Cut-Off for holiday delivery is November 22nd.

- Priority Mail International and Express Mail International Cut-Off for holiday delivery is November 29th.

- Please allow an additional 5-10 business day processing time for any special packaging requests.
