Factory Smokes Sweet Churchill Cigars
Jonathan Drew made a bold move when he launched Factory Smokes in 2018, and the Sweet Churchill proves just how successful that leap into budget cigars has been. Created for smokers who crave solid flavor without a premium price tag, Factory Smokes quickly became a favorite in the value cigar world. With four varieties to choose from—Sun Grown, Shade, Maduro, and Sweet—this particular version stands out thanks to its sugary finish and smooth delivery.
Handcrafted at the Drew Estate factory in Nicaragua, Factory Smokes Sweet Churchill features a mix of Central American fillers and Indonesian binder, all wrapped in a sweet-tipped Habano leaf. That sweet tip isn’t just a gimmick—it adds a pleasant touch of flavor while also rounding out the blend for a smoother, more enjoyable smoke.
Each 20-count bundle sports the brand’s signature black-and-white band, highlighted with a red accent for the Sweet line. The 7" x 50 Churchill size provides an extended smoking session with a consistent, easy draw that produces thick, satisfying smoke. Flavor notes include rich earth, subtle cedar, creamy undertones, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, finished with a trace of pepper. The sweetened tip enhances the early puffs, adding dimension to an otherwise straightforward medium-bodied profile.
Whether you’re new to cigars or a seasoned pro, this stick is a solid humidor addition. It pairs effortlessly with morning coffee, afternoon brews, or a pour of bourbon in the evening. If you’re a fan of Flor de Oliva’s sweet-tipped cigars, Factory Smokes Sweet Churchill is a worthy alternative that may just win you over. Perfect for everyday enjoyment, social smokes, or a long backyard barbecue session, this cigar proves that affordable doesn’t mean average.
