Excalibur Natural Epicure Pack of 5 Cigars - Free Shipping!
The Hoyo de Monterrey Excalibur Natural Epicure, rated 91 by Cigar Aficionado, is a medium-bodied cigar that masterfully combines smoothness, complexity, and artisanal craftsmanship. Expanding upon the celebrated Hoyo de Monterrey Natural, the Excalibur line was designed by General Cigar’s top talent, using Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Dominican tobaccos selected for their refined, mellow characteristics. A Connecticut shade wrapper and binder provide a balanced frame for the bold yet approachable blend.
Each 5 1/4" x 50 epicure is a visual masterpiece. The soft, delicate wrapper is supported by its twin, creating a foundation for the flavors that unfold as the cigar is smoked. The initial draw delivers leather and espresso, followed by honeyed sweetness in the second third that prepares the palate for nuanced notes of nutmeg and allspice as the smoke approaches the nub.
Medium-bodied and approachable, the Excalibur Epicure appeals to Connecticut-wrapped cigar enthusiasts across the spectrum—from milder sticks like Cusano 18 to fuller-bodied options such as Undercrown Shade. Pair it with iced tea or a cold lager to fully enjoy the craftsmanship and flavor this cigar offers. Affordable yet sophisticated, the Excalibur Epicure is a standout for both seasoned aficionados and casual smokers seeking a refined smoking experience.
