The Cohiba Blue Robusto is a medium to strong cigar that features a Honduran Olancho San Agustin (OSA) wrapper, Honduran OSA binder, and a blend of Honduran Jamastran, Nicaraguan Ometepe, and Dominican Piloto Cubano fillers. The cigar measures 5.5 inches in length with a ring gauge of 50, and it is produced by General Cigar Dominicana under the supervision of blender Jhonys Diaz. This cigar can be found in a variety of vitolas.

Cigar Flavor

The Cohiba Blue Robustro has a creamy and leathery flavor, with a peppery kick that adds depth to the smoking experience throughout the entire cigar. During the retrohale, I picked up on a strong taste of spice and pepper, which adds an additional layer of complexity to the cigar. The first half of the cigar gave my palette a quick jump into flavor. It was much stronger in the first third. Once, I continued smoking for about 10 minutes, the flavors were still there, just not as sharp. The creaminess really picks up towards the middle and continues until the end. It took me approximately 65 minutes to smoke the cigar. From beginning to end, you can not miss the peppery and wood flavors.
