Hey there friends,

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and inquiries at this time. We are busily working to get this additional order volume shipped out as expeditiously as possible, however, there may be some processing or shipment delays. Orders placed over the weekends may take an additional day to ship from our warehouse as a result of this increased volume.

We apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause and appreciate your patience.

Hey friends,

The governor of Florida, which is the state that we are located, has issued a state-wide "safer-at-home" order. What this means is that non-essential businesses are being encouraged to shut down their operations. But! As it turns out, since we operate via internet and phone sales to ship our products to our customers via a mailing service we fall under an exemption that allows us to remain in operation. However, we have made some further changes internally to help allow our employees to stay within these mandates. Our warehouse staff will operate on rotating shifts at a smaller scale. This does mean you may see some extended processing times for some orders, unfortunately.

We continue to remain fully operational and are processing and shipping orders from our warehouse. International orders will take an additional day to process. Currently, domestic orders are shipping on time, however, this may adjust depending on order volume.

USPS has also suspended shipping to many different countries. We recommend checking with your country's local postal service to see if your country is affected if you are uncertain prior to placing your order or you can send us an email.

We are still seeing some transit delays for both USPS as well as all UPS services due to the sheer volume of packages in transit right now from around the globe.As a reminder, UPS has suspended their Service Guarantee for all service levels, which means delays are now possible regardless of the method of shipping selected.

Hey friends,

We remain fully operational with orders processing and shipping from our warehouse as usual.

That being said, we are seeing additional transit time delays for packages shipping via all USPS methods as well as UPS, both domestically and internationally. This is due to the sheer volume of packages in transit right now from around the globe.

UPS has also suspended their Service Guarantee for all service levels, which means delays are now possible regardless of the method of shipping selected.

Rest assured, we stand behind all of our products with our 2-Cigar Guarantee and take extra care to package your orders so they arrive to you in great condition which means any delays shouldn't cause issues. However, should something pop up with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are here to help.

Hey there friends,

Right now, the health and well-being of our valued customers and team members remains our first priority. Rest assured, we are following CDC and WHO recommendations on disinfecting and other hygiene precautions to make sure our work environments are as safe as possible. The FDA has reported there is no evidence that COVID-19 is transmitted through mail or imported goods, so we will continue to work hard to serve you. Here is a link to their website, for your own reference. Give it a once over, if you have the time, it contains some pretty useful info.

Currently, our warehouse is fully stocked with your favorite premium sticks. However, we have received updates from some of our suppliers and cigar manufacturers that they are temporarily closing due to the crisis, which means we may experience future restock delays, so be sure to get your orders in now. Of course, we'll continue to offer our usual great deals on cigars to make stocking up easy on the wallet!

Our Customer Care Agents are standing by to assist you via phone or email, however, due to increased call and order volume, there may be some slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

We have also seen mild transit delays as a result of the sheer volume of packages in transit due to so many people being in-home, but nothing too disruptive or such as we haven't seen around the holidays.

We are currently 100% operational and will remain so as long as the situation allows. As the mail is still moving, we are continuing to process and ship orders both domestically and internationally at this time.

We are closely monitoring this issue and will keep this blog updated with any changes to our operations as the situation evolves.
