Asylum Insidious 48x7 Cigars
The Asylum Insidious 48 x 7 is a masterstroke of balance from a brand typically known for its "big and bold" philosophy. Founder Tom Lazuka designed the Insidious specifically to cater to those who desire a long, leisurely smoking session without the heavy nicotine punch. In this elegant 7" x 48 Churchill format, the blend has ample time to develop, offering a sophisticated evolution of flavors that stays comfortably in the mild-to-medium range. Dressed in a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper and finished with a lightly sweetened cap, it is a welcoming invitation to both newcomers and seasoned aficionados.
The journey of the Insidious Churchill is one of gradual discovery. The first few inches are defined by a creamy, honeyed sweetness and notes of toasted nuts, perfectly complemented by the sugary tip. As you move into the heart of the cigar, the profile deepens into maple syrup and cedar, eventually introducing subtle nuances of plum and black pepper toward the final third. Because of its slender 48 ring gauge, the flavors are focused and clean, providing a "cafe-style" sophistication that lasts for well over an hour. It is a high-end experience at a price point that makes it an easy choice for your new favorite daily Churchill.
