Asylum 13 Corojo 80x8 Pack of 5 Cigars - Free Shipping!
Asylum 13 Corojo 80x8 is a masterclass in pushing a fan-favorite cigar to the extreme. While the original Asylum 13 captivated full-bodied cigar lovers, co-founders Tom Lazuka and Christian Eiroa wanted something bigger, bolder, and even more flavorful. At the heart of this creation, skilled torcedores at Eiroa’s Fabricas Unidas blended a selection of Honduran tobaccos for the filler, wrapped them in a Honduran binder, and encased each 8" x 80 vitola in a thick Corojo leaf from the sultry Jamastran Valley.
Each cigar begins with sweet tobacco notes on the cold draw, which intensify as the smoke develops. Medium-bodied and creamy at first, it quickly grows to medium-full strength, revealing layers of cocoa, red pepper, and tangy citrus, with cedar rounding out the complex flavor profile. The large ring gauge makes it a visual statement as well as a flavorful one, but a punch works perfectly if your cutter can’t handle its size.
The Asylum 13 Corojo 80x8 isn’t for everyone, but seasoned enthusiasts will relish its bold, layered profile. Brave newcomers with a taste for powerful smokes may also find it rewarding. Ideal for a social gathering or a leisurely afternoon, this cigar promises a full, flavorful journey from start to finish.
