Rocky Patel Grand Reserve
Rocky Patel Grand Reserve is just about as close to a "one size fits all" cigar as anyone could possibly create. Over the years, Rocky Patel has been known for his never-ending list of cigar brands, each blend tweaked to appease a new palate. In the case of Grand Reserve, however, he set out to come up with a blend that appeased EVERY palate. Released in 2018, Grand Reserve was originally set to only be available on the international market, mainly in Europe. However, a couple of years later the blend was brought to the US. market, and, as expected, has been flying off shelves ever since. This stick is made in Honduras at Nestor Plascencia's El Paraiso factory, a place where a great many of Rocky's cigars are produced. As for the blend, Grand Reserve is made up of Honduran and Nicaraguan filler leaves, a Nicaraguan binder, and a caramel brown Ecuadorian wrapper. In 2021, Rocky Patel Grand Reserve earned a 93 rating and a top 10 spot on Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 list. (Shop all Rocky Patel Cigars)
