The draw is open just enough to extract the tantalizing flavors of buttered wheat toast and cracked black pepper that greet the eager smoker. As might be expected from Padron, the body starts at more on the medium side of mild and increases to a solid medium by the time the ever-evolving cream, citrus, salt and toffee come to a glorious end.
