Antano Dark Corojo's 3-year-aged, dark brown, nearly black wrapper leaf oozes with glistening oils. The construction, like its predecessor, is rugged, yet elegant and seamless. An amazing roll produces a slow, cool burn and a solid, yet plentiful draw, blasting the palate with a rush of cedar and earth mingled with spicy Nicaraguan white pepper. Cocoa, black cherry, cinnamon, and leather round out the flavor profile, followed by a subtle floral burst on the finish. Overall, Antano Dark Corojo is rich, powerful, and unusually smooth.
