El Baton Cigars
First launched over a century ago to great acclaim as one of the best cigar bargains ever, the El Baton has been revived and reinvented as a modern Nicaraguan Puro. Long gone are the days when a nickel could buy the original Julius Caesar Newman creation, but both his and this cigar's legacy remain intact thanks to the family-owned company that still bears J.C.'s name. Now rolled in their legendary El Reloj factory in the heart of Ybor City in Tampa, Florida instead of Cleveland, Ohio, these full-bodied sticks are chock full of aged Nicaraguan tobaccos beneath a dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper so oily and sleek you can almost see your reflection.
