Essence Sumatra can be thought of as a culmination of everything he has been responsible for over the years. Made at the renowned Casa Carrillo factory in the Dominican Republic, this succulent creation is constructed by some of the most skilled artisans the world has to offer. The blend is simple and straightforward, somewhat of a time warp for Carrillo. The filler is Nicaraguan and Dominican, the double binder is from Nicaragua and Honduras, and the wrapper is, you guessed it, Ecuadorian Sumatra. Carrillo has been known for taking the Sumatra leaf to new heights and doing incredible things with it. Such is easily demonstrated by the cigar in question.
