Alec Bradley American Sun Grown Toro Cigars
Alec Bradley American Sungrown Toro is the newest member of the American Classic line of cigars. Blended to be fuller and more bold, this 6“ x 50 Nicaraguan puro is made up of the same all-Nicaraguan filler and binder blend as the original American Classic, combined with a robust Nicaraguan sun-grown habano wrapper leaf. This makes for one serious cigar, and a definite hit among serious aficionados.
The wrapper leaf is dark and oily and the construction is clean and solid. The draw is plentiful, and emits thick white smoke which is saturated with earthy, chocolatey goodness. Nutty and peppery, there is a very slight sweetness and savory note on the finish. This is on the heavy side of medium-full.
American Sungrown is an innovative blend from Alan Rubin that's sure to be a mainstay within the brand.
