The Gran Habano Azteca Puma is a Medium to Full bodied cigar that boasts Nicaraguan and Panamanian fillers. The naturally fermented binder and wrapper come from San Andres. These are just the dark, oily, lightly toothed Double Maduro leaves that we've come to expect from Mexico.

In developing the Azteca, Gran Habano wanted to show the cigar world that full flavor, in contrast to full body, means a harmonious smoke with complexity, depth, smoothness, and individual nuances of flavor.

Lingering scents of cherry, dried fruits, bittersweet chocolate, wood and leather are all present in the 1^st third. The 2^nd third allows the bittersweet chocolate to shine while inviting coffee and a creamy nuttiness joins the parade of flavors. The Gran Habano Azteca finishes off with leather, a richer, deeper, darker chocolate, warm nuts, and a trace of wood. The whole cigar has varying levels and types of spices throughout. Well constructed, with a slow, even, burn and producing lots of white smoke, it would be great for a long ash contest.
