Gran Habano Gran Reserva #5 2010 Cigars
Gran Habano Gran Reserva #5 2010
Whether you're a fan of George and Guillermo Rico's other fine sticks or have yet to try any of the Gran Habano front-marks, the Gran Reserva #5 2010 cigar is a limited-release, full-bodied treat that will get your heart racing and your mouth watering. More than just an extension of their popular Corojo #5, this Nicaraguan puro contains extensively aged tobaccos the entire length and breadth of each hearty vitola. From the eight year old long leaf ligero from the Jalapa valley to the seven year aged Habano binder and out to the flawless and juicy Corojo wrapper carrying eight years of fermentation and resting time, every inch is loaded with goodness.
The cigar begins with a solid profile of cocoa and creamy almond which shifts to being earthier and espresso-like the further it burns. If they're in stock, they won't be for long so get yours now. Once they're gone that's it, but these already well-rested medium-to-full bodied sticks have excellent aging potential so a box is a smart idea. They are similar in flavor to other small-batch releases like the Camacho Liberty 2012 and Pinar Del Rio Small Batch Reserve Maduro so feel free to mix and match your rotation to extend your supply.
