Ortsac 1962 Habano Sun Grown Cigars
Ortsac 1962 Habano Sun Grown
The Ortsac 1962 Habano Sun Grown cigar is as pleasing to the gut as it is to the tongue. Designed by Victor Vitale to be complex yet accessible, the 1962 Habano doesn't seek to overwhelm the smoker so much as allow them to explore the variety of flavors that can be coaxed out of the cool smoke of a slow-burning cigar. Such an accomplishment is the result of not only hard work and good taste but properly aged tobaccos and expert craftsmanship. Built with a chewy, oily, and chestnut-colored Ecuadorian Habano wrapper covering the earthy smelling Nicaraguan filler and binder, the brand comes in four vitolas including one with a jaw-breaking 66 ring gauge.
Creamy yet peppery, with a raw-sugar sweetened coffee component and some powerful spice, the 1962 Habano Sun Grown is recommended for experienced smokers even without a strength warning. Sure you can buy a single stick or two to try, and we won't complain if you do, but at these prices a box won't break the bank and the cigar is an excellent candidate for aging alongside the similarly priced and crafted Oliveros Sun Grown Reserve or ROMEO by Romeo y Julieta.
