Blended by Benji Menendez and friends and made in the Dominican Republic, Partagas Black is a gorgeous cigar made with a very heavy blend of ligero fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The binder is a hearty Dominican leaf and the wrapper is an absolutely pitch-black Medio Tiempo Connecticut broadleaf oscuro leaf which undergoes about 50% more aging than most other harvested leaves.
