Offered to all our customers, whether on our mailing list or not, is free shipping on orders made between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM(on-line orders only). This offer will occur on random days each month. Our mailing list subscribers will be notified ahead of time and an “Early Bird Special” banner will be displayed on the CigarPlace.biz home page to advise all customers. By 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, we mean any United States time zone, even including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. If it is between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM where you are ordering from, you qualify for the Early Bird Special. Specific shipping carrier will be at our discretion.
