E.P. Carrillo Inch Maduro Cigars Cigars
E.P. Carrillo Inch Maduro
There are big cigars, and then there is the E.P. Carrillo Inch Maduro cigar. Bending to the will of the people, Señor Ernesto Carrillo has taken the trend in larger cigars head on by starting the frontmark's smallest club (can't in good conscience call it a 'stick') at a 60 ring gauge and pushing the envelope all the way to an inch in diameter. But this is no mere gimmick. The cigar is a legit blend of three different Dominican leaves of vintage heritage with some Nicaraguan Viso thrown in for kicks covered in a Nicaraguan binder and finished with a dark, textured Connecticut Broadleaf.
A medium bodied stick that goes well with black coffee spiked with raw sugar, the E.P. Carrillo Inch Maduro can be can be enjoyed by most smokers at any time of day, although those less experienced might want to wait until after dinner if they plan on smoking the whole thing. You'll definitely need plenty of time, but if you're pressed you can substitute a 5 Vegas Gold Maduro for a similar profile.
