We guarantee the freshness and quality of our products 100%. If you are not satisfied after smoking two cigars you purchase from us, we will offer you an exchange and pay all shipping costs. If that is not satisfactory, we will refund all money including shipping cost.

Domestic Shipping:

24 Hour Turn-Around Guarantee: We will ship all US orders within 24 hours via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Your shipping options are as follow:
 

• USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 business days, which includes Saturday.
• USPS Express Mail, 1-2 business days, which includes Saturday.
• UPS Ground, 1-7 business days. Please consult the accompanying map at the bottom of the page to determine the time in transit for your State.
• UPS 2nd Day, 2 days in transit.

NOTE:

Order Processing:

All orders are processed the same day if received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time. If received after 12:00 PM, the order will be processed the next business day. There is no order processing on Saturday or Sunday. If your order is received after 12:00 PM on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. This policy applies to all orders except for International and APO/FPO orders, please see our International policy below. Shipping is based upon weight and distance to destination. To calculate shipping charges, add items to shopping cart and enter the destination zip code. For International orders, enter your country and postal code.

International Shipping

CigarPlace.biz welcomes international and APO/FPO(Military) orders as well. You can calculate your shipping costs by putting your items into the shopping cart and choosing your country and postal code. Due to the complexities involved with international orders, such as customs clearance and local carrier procedures, the following policies and requirements will be applied to international orders:

• Please allow at least 48-72 hours to process International orders
• All items will be opened and inspected for freshness and defects prior to shipping
• Buyers are responsible for complying with their countries local and federal tobacco laws and fees associated with there orders
