Torano Salutem
The Toraño Family Cigar Company created the Salutem cigar in celebration of anyone who makes the most of life, as a tribute to those who face great challenges, as a toast to the men and women of character. Fortunately, any smoker can and should consider themselves worthy. And what an offering it is. For a company with roots all the way back to 1916 in Cuba, the Salutem is the first of their blends to feature, in addition to Nicaraguan and Dominican Corojo, a rich Cameroon leaf as a component of the filler instead of its more familiar use as a wrapper (see the Toraño 1916). That honor is given to a silky Ecuadorian Habano. (See more Toraño Cigars)
