Ashton Aged Maduro - Ashton Aged Maduro is rare because of its selected and extremely limited Connecticut broad leaf wrapper. The initial sweet taste comes from the wrapper, but once lit, the cigar becomes rich and nutty much like a great Madeira or Tawny Port, whose flavor comes from being aged in Sherry barrels. The rich distinct flavor of an Aged Maduro comes from the deliberately slow fermentation of the wrapper, which encourages its natural sweetness. Ashton ESG - To celebrate twenty consecutive years of increased sales and overall growth, Robert Levin and Carlos Fuente Jr. have teamed up to create the Ashton Estate Sun Grown, or ESG for short. Such a special occasion called for a very special cigar. The ESG uses a unique Dominican wrapper grown on the Chateau de la Fuente farm in the Dominican Republic. This wrapper has never been used on any other cigar. The blend is the creation of Carlos Fuente Jr. who is a master blender and has created the most sought after cigars in the world. The Ashton ESG 21 Year Salute is the one we recommend everyone try first but the Ashton ESG 20 Year Salute is a great stick too.
Ashton VSG - This “Virgin Sun Grown” product is one of the most successful and popular cigars in the world. It is favored for its full-bodied flavor and palatable richness and potency. The VSG line was released in 1999 and helped put the Ashton name on the map for sure. Handmade in small-batch fashion, the Mi Amor features a luscious Cuban-seed wrapper grown in Mexico and a marvelous blend of aged Nicaraguan tobaccos. La Aroma de Cuba Edicion Especial - La Aroma De Cuba Edicion Especial is a wonderful new cigar manufactured in Nicaragua by the Garcia family. Handcrafted in small batch fashion by a select group of master rollers, this is a cigar for the connoisseur with a seasoned palate. Beautiful, seamless, pumpkin-colored wrappers embrace an enchanting Cubanesque blend of rich, well-aged Nicaraguan tobaccos. These wrappers are cultivated in Ecuador under direct sunlight from Cuban seeds. The flavors are medium to full-bodied, rich and zesty. Hearty notes of earth and cedar are accompanied by lighter notes of leather and cinnamon.
